Farewell, Old Friend

A fond farewell to a dear friend. I thought it would be a sweet way to pay tribute to his last work by his newest characters sending off a little paper airplane, a childlike image which captures the man's childlike wonder and creativity. I hope you like it ^_^.

I can't wait to see this movie! It looks so gorgeous, just like all of Miyazaki-san's work.

Drawn by hand with ink and copic marker, edited together with background in GIMP.
