This is my second entry for DA's DeviantWEAR T-Shirt design contest "Retro Future". Spacescape featuring a retro spaceman, futuristic buildings, and billboard with 50's pop art style woman. I also included a DA logo on the spaceman's suit :P.

I chose "1957" because of Sputnik. Historians agree that this event really began our obsession with space travel, and the coming of what we would later associate with futuristic imagery.

Really love this concept.... especially the small spaceship at the back,... it pulls your eye and stirs your imagination. Awesome awesome awesome use of tone and colouring.... i'd wear this! Where can i get one
